- Access your Smarty Ants Teacher or Site Coordinator dashboard.
- Select the “Manage Students” tab. For Site Coordinators, select “Manage All Students” tab.
- Select the class you want to edit.
- Click the gray “Edit Class” button above the list of students.
- Adjust the class name or the class grade level. If you are adjusting the class grade level a pop-up will appear after you click on the “Confirm Change” button verifying if you are sure you want to change the class grade level. Please note: by changing the class grade level this will automatically change the grade level of all students housed in the class. The recalculation of recommendations will reflect this change the Sunday after the change.
- Click on “Confirm Change” button to save the changes.
