- Please check if you are able to connect to other websites on your device (e.g. Amazon.com)? If yes, please follow step two below. If no, please check the network connection on your device or try with another device, if available.
- Please confirm that you have the correct Web Portal (web address) to connect to your Achieve3000 resources. This would be the portal provided by your district to access your Achieve3000 resources.
- Enter your district-issued username and password to access your district’s portal where your Achieve3000 resources are located. If you are unable to login to your district’s portal, please contact your district’s technology support team for further assistance with accessing the portal.
- If you are able to successfully log into your district’s portal but unable to access any of the resources (including your Achieve3000 resources) on your dashboard, please contact your district’s technology support team for assistance.
- If you are able to successfully access other non-Achieve3000 resources on your dashboard, please try clearing your web browser’s cache, closing your web browser, and then relaunching your web browser. After this is complete, log back into your district portal and select the Achieve3000 resource on your dashboard.
- 5a) If, upon performing the steps listed above (#5), you are still unable to log into your Achieve3000 resource, please try using a different web browser if one is available on your device (e.g. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Apple Safari).
- 5b) If, upon performing the step listed above (# 5a), you are still unable to log into your Achieve3000 resource, please try using a different device, if available.
- 5c) If, upon performing the step listed above (# 5b), you are still unable to log into your Achieve3000 resource, please take a screenshot or record the error message (if any) being returned and contact Achieve3000 Support.
Please Note - Other matters to consider are:
- Whether it is occurring with one or all of the users unable to log into their Achieve3000 resources alone.
- If the error message you are encountering (e.g. invalid/expired certificate. Please check with your district’s Technology team first).
- Whether you were already rostered by the district to use the Achieve3000 resource at least 24-48 hours prior to being unable to access it.
