Manual Upload // (Submit Your Roster HERE)
One-Time Roster Upload is available for Achieve3000® Literacy, SmartyAnts®, Achieve Summer School, and LevelSet™. Upload your student rosters using a template. The data required on the template can be exported from most Student Information Systems. We’ll do the rest to configure the initial class set-up. This option allows teachers, and school administrators to exercise maximum control over class configurations by giving them the power to add, delete, or move students, and classes within the Achieve3000 solution at any time using our built-in user administrator tools.
OneRoster is a standard class roster templates with one common web service. The OneRoster template can be used to deliver class roster information to any digital content platform or Learning Management System (LMS). The standard was released in June of 2015 and has quickly garnered wide support from educational institutions and education service providers. For more information please visit IMS Global.
ClassLink is a provider of cloud-based education products that connect educators and students with their classroom, curriculum, and each other. As advocates for open data standards, they offer instant access to apps and files with single sign-on (SSO), streamline class rostering, automate account provisioning, and provide actionable analytics. ClassLink Roster Server is IMS Global Conformance Certified. This certification guarantees ClassLink’s interoperability with hundreds of products and makes it easy to create an education ecosystem where applications and resources work together seamlessly.
OnDemand rostering is an integration usually with a district’s Canvas Learning Management System (LMS) that gives teachers the ability to pull classes and students that are in Canvas into Achieve3000. Teachers and students will then gain access to Achieve3000 with single sign on. While initial setup of OnDemand Rostering will involve the district technology team, day to day rostering needs will be handled at the school and teacher level.
OnDemand rostering is an integration with a district’s Google Classroom setup that gives teachers the ability to pull classes and students that are in Google Classroom into Achieve3000. Teachers and students will then gain access to Achieve3000 through its portal with their Google single sign on credentials. While initial setup of OnDemand Rostering will involve the district technology team, day to day rostering needs will be handled at the school and teacher level.
