Why aren’t my automated rosters updated?
Data from Clever and OneRoster are updated through nightly syncs. As long as rosters are updated in the Student Information System, it will take 24-48 hours for the changes to be seen in Achieve3000.
How do I reset my password for the Achieve 3000 Portal?
For the Achieve 3000 Portal Login Page, click the “Forgot your password?” link.
Enter your username to receive instructions to reset your password.

- Note: Often times, your username is your email address, but this is not guaranteed. Though the username is typically set to be a user’s email address, if it was not provided at the time of rostering the username will be automatically generated with firstname.lastname.

I merged an account. Why don’t I see changes in the student account and teacher reports right away?
After accounts are merged, it takes 24 hours after for the student account and teacher reports to update. If more than 24 hours has taken place and you are still not seeing this information, please reach out rostering@achieve3000.com.
