1. Once logged in, click the Lesson Planning tab and then click Collection Building.
2. Click Create Collection to start building your custom lesson collections. A pop-up will appear to prompt you to give the collection a title and description. Once you have done so, click Create.
3. The collection you just created should now appear under Collection Building. Click Edit to add lessons to the collection.
4. Under the Collections Details, where it says classes, click on Show Classes. A pop-up will appear to allow you to assign the collections. You can also change the title, description, grade level, products and subject areas. Once you assign the collection, click Continue.
5. To add lessons to the collection, search a keyword using the search bar. The results will appear underneath. You can add lessons to this collection by dragging and dropping the desired lesson into the box pictured. To add multiple lessons, click the select button on the bottom right of the lesson cards and click Add to Collection. The lesson will then appear under the Lesson List.
6. Scroll down to Delivery Schedule to make changes to how you would like the custom lesson collections delivered. Once you are done, click Update And Assign. If you are not ready to assign, click Update Collection.
A pop-up will appear that lets you know your changes have been saved. If the collection needs to be edited, click Edit. If you would like to delete the collection, click Delete. If you would like to print the collection, click Print.
*Please be sure you are ready to assign your collection. If it has already started assigning, you can NOT make edits to the collection. You will need to create a new one.
*The toggle should be on for Recipient and Assigned once the custom collection is active (as pictured)
