*Before making any changes, please check with your district to confirm that administrators and/or teachers are allowed to make LevelSet date adjustments. A small checkbox should be listed under the assessment calendar.
- Click the menu button at the top left of your screen (“hamburger menu”)
- Click on “LevelSet Scheduler” under the “Plan & Manage” section
- Choose the Language, School Year, School, and Class (use drop-down arrow to expand to student list if you need to make changes for individual students). *District Admins will need to choose the school. Then, use the calendar icon under each the column for each test to schedule that test for the class or student listed on the left-hand side.
- Once you've selected a date, be sure to click "Save"!
5. A pop-up screen will appear for you to confirm or discard the changes just made. Once you click Confirm, another screen will appear that acknowledges your changes were saved. Click Ok.
